@jbacon I have a sole-prop LLC and a c-corp, by accident (missed a filing deadline). corp setup objective was to force actual accounting. – 01:54 AM GMT
@jbacon c-corp offers lots of choices but costs more; requires good, projectable cash flow. Higher tax rate so far. Deliberate choice by me. – 01:56 AM GMT
