It’s a cool site, but, is that all of the taco trucks in Seattle? You poor bastards. I’ve got more trucks than that within a mile of my semi rural Cali suburban home. Taco trucks are a good thing, although they seem to be hard businesses for workers and owners. You seem to see them set up and lit up until late at night and then you see them creeping down the road to set up for business well before dawn. Then again, in Mexico, you can see hand pushed taco carts doing the same thing. Hopefully we can all agree that Tacos are a good thing.
