Mike, did you check out the Hempfest this weekend? It was hot, but it was almost as fun as Womad USA, aside from all the fiery sermons about the evils of anti-pot laws and law enforcement, which got a little old after the fiftieth speech. Lots of good danceable music. Thousands of glass pipes for sale. Pity I had very little money to spend, and could only sample crumbs of hemp brownies and drops of hemp oil lotions. The hempseed soda had me in a good mood, though, and I’m sure I got my fair share of secondhand marijuana and incense smoke…
nope, I was down at the ships festival instead. I’m not a big hempfest fan.
